How to stay organized at work

My book discussed the importance of staying dedicated to updating your electronic calendar as a way to reduce stress and to ensure that you do not forget important meetings or events, along with personal appointments or dates. I also reviewed the importance of revising your 'To Do' list on a daily basis to continually revise your priorities, to ensure you are yielding the best results from your time investment, as well as to improve your work-life balance.
